How Can You Help?

1

Volunteer

Please click here if you are interested to volunteer. We will revert with details. You will need to devote 4 hours per week to volunteer with us.

2

Outreach

You can help us arrange any of our outreach programs in your community.

3

Spread the Word

Speak to your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours about what we do and refer our service to help reach those who need our support.

4

Speak Out!

If you're a suicide survivor or have been affected by suicide, talk about it. Bring these conversations out in the open and remove the stigma attached to it. Help others deal with their problems through your experience.

No matter what you are going through, you can speak to us.

This workshop is an intensive program that covers our principles and practices of befriending. World Suicide Prevention Day

Every year on the 10th of September, we have city wide celebrations and outreach activities to raise awareness about suicide and mental illnesses. In 2015, we conducted flash mobs and street plays across Mumbai on college campuses and public places.
